How to Apply Online for the Laptop Scheme
The students may apply via the official Punjab Government portal, at the site of https://punjab.gov.pk or via Higher Education Department (HED) site when applications are open.
It involves a form of online registration that requires completion of personal, education and contact information. The applicants are required to upload scanned documents of their CNIC/B-Form, latest academic transcript, and student ID card.
