The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) is set to launch a digital portal aimed at making the pre- and post-examination process more convenient for college students. This initiative was announced by Chairman BIEK, Professor Naseem Memon, during an interview with a local media outlet.
The online portal is designed to address the challenges that students have faced in the past. It will provide a platform where students can submit their exam forms online, eliminating the need for physical submission. The confirmation slips will then be dispatched directly to their respective colleges, further streamlining the process.
In addition to students, college principals will also be granted access to the portal. This will allow them to monitor and manage all student-related information effectively. The portal aims to centralize and simplify the examination process, making it more efficient and less stressful for both students and administrators.

Professor Naseem Memon also shed light on the examination process, which involves various steps including bundling, washing, codification, and compiling the result. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the anonymity of students while their answer sheets are checked by teachers, a practice that will continue with the introduction of the digital portal.
